No charge,– The minimum total value needs to be grater than $500. We get paid directly from our commissions.
Will I ever have to pay YouGotItWeSellIt.com any money?
We get paid directly from the sale of your items on eBay. The only way you will ever pay YouGotItWeSellIt.com any money directly is if you choose not to store your items in our secure storage facility and we must make a second trip out to pick up the items after they are sold.
When can I expect to receive my check?
Your check will be mailed to you directly from YouGotit-WeSellit. Usually after the auction ends it takes around 30 days to receive your check.
How long will my auctions last?
We will usually use a seven-day auction to maximize bidding activity; however, we can choose from a range of auction lengths. We choose the optimal length of the auction based on our advanced software, which uses information gathered from millions of past eBay auctions.
Can I set a minimum selling price for my eBay auction?
Yes. You may set a minimum opening bid or a reserve. However, high minimum opening bids and reserve prices can limit bidding activity. We recommend that you let us determine the starting price and whether or not to use a reserve.
How can I check the status of my item?
You will receive regular emails notifying you of the status of your item, but you can also check the status any time by logging into your account on this website.
What if an item sells below the $40 minimum estimated value?
While we have a vested interest in your auctions, we cannot guarantee the performance of any item. We strive to meet the $40 minimum but sometime it does not happen.
What if my item doesn't sell?
You will be notified via email and phone to pick your items up at the store. If you do not pick it up within 7 days of auction close, we will donate your item to charity.
